Here's a trick from Andreas Flockermann

1.) Enter 12 positive values in the range A1:L1.

2.) Enter the formula =A1/MAX($A$1:$L$1) in the cell A2 and copy the cell to the cells B2:L2.

3.) Assign the name 's' to the range A2:L2.

4.) Enter the following formula into the cell M1.

5.) Format the cell M1 with the font 'Arial Unicode MS'.
